*Cost of Transportation to and from the Village is the responsibility of the school

You will be asked to provide the following information:

*Grade level and number of children
*Date and time you wish to schedule. Have an alternate date ready.
*Name and address of school
*Name and telephone number of contact person
*Fax number
*School Board

One choice of morning or afternoon session will be available. The police and fire instructors will be running two classes in the morning or two classes in the afternoon. The groups will switch after an hour. Instruction times will begin sharp at 9:30 am to ll:30 am OR sharp at l2:l5 pm to 2:l5 pm. The classrooms only seat 32 students, but we will accept up to 35. Groups cannot exceed 60 children.

Note:

Dress accordingly to the weather. Outdoor activities will take place in all weather unless cancelled.

Name tags are a big help to the instructor, but are optional

Grade 4 students are to bring their own bicycle helmets. Bicycles are supplied

Volunteer ratio should be 1/ 8 (1 parent / teacher for every 8 children.)

The Village complex is wheelchair accessible. and special classes can be arranged for individuals with various types of limitation, with prior notice of attendance. Please advise us when a special need is to be addressed, so that we may try and accommodate.
