Conservation Area, 1424 Clarke Road.

Directions to Children's Safety Village From 401

When travelling to the village, you should exit on Veteran's Memorial Parkway (formerly Airport Road) and head due north. You will travel approximately 12 km and the road will end at Huron St.. Turn west and travel another 2 km until you intersect with Clarke Side Rd.. Turn North and the entrance to the Upper Thames Conservation Authority is approximately 2km on the right side of the road. From there you can follow a park map to get to the Safety Village site.

Directions to Children's Safety Village from Clarke Side Road

Enter the Fanshawe Conservation Area from Clarke Side Road. Proceed past the gate, and cross the dam. Begin to follow the red and white signs that say Children's Safety Village. Stay on this road all the way. You will pass the Pioneer Village on your right hand side, and then a playground. Now, the road will turn to gravel. Stay on this road. Follow the bend around to the left, and the YMCA Children's Safety Village will be on your right hand side. Please feel free to use our parking lot. "Welcome to the YMCA Children's Safety Village!"
